What is the difference between full-service planning, partial planning, and month-of coordination?
Every couple needs a different level of support, which is why we offer planning experiences designed to meet you where you are.
Full-service planning is for couples who want a trusted expert guiding the entire process from start to finish. We oversee everything from budget management and vendor selection to design, logistics, communication, and wedding day execution. This experience is designed to feel seamless, organized, and deeply supportive from the very beginning.
Partial planning is ideal for couples who have already started planning but want professional guidance as the details become more complex. We help refine plans, provide direction, fill in gaps, and ensure everything feels cohesive and manageable moving forward.
Month-of coordination is designed for couples who feel comfortable planning on their own but want peace of mind leading into the wedding day. We step in during the final weeks to organize logistics, communicate with vendors, finalize timelines, and oversee execution so you can be fully present during one of the most important times of your life.

How far in advance should I book a wedding planner in Dallas?

What planning package is right for me?
Each wedding or event has unique needs which is why we customize every package. We truly believe in tailoring the process to fit every client we work with. Our services page has the different tiers of planning as a baseline to help you determine what you might need. During our consultation call, we can work together to determine what package is right for you.
When does month-of coordination begin?
Our month-of coordination begins 8 weeks before the wedding date. During this time, we review all vendor contracts, identify any gaps, finalize timelines and logistics, and ensure every detail is accounted for well before the wedding day.

Yes. Our team oversees the setup of personal décor items, coordinates vendor arrivals, manages the event timeline, and ensures everything is executed as planned throughout the day.
At the end of the evening, we also handle teardown and organization so you, your family, and your wedding party can fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics.
