What is the difference between full-service planning, partial planning, and month-of coordination?
Every couple needs a different level of support, which is why we offer planning experiences designed to meet you where you are.
Partial planning is ideal for couples who have already started planning but want professional guidance as the details become more complex. We help refine plans, provide direction, fill in gaps, and ensure everything feels cohesive and manageable moving forward.
Month-of coordination is designed for couples who feel comfortable planning on their own but want peace of mind leading into the wedding day. We step in during the final weeks to organize logistics, communicate with vendors, finalize timelines, and oversee execution so you can be fully present during one of the most important times of your life.
How far in advance should I book a wedding planner in Dallas?
Most of our full-service clients book 12–18 months in advance, which allows for a more intentional and enjoyable planning experience rather than a rushed one. It also gives us the space to thoughtfully design a wedding that feels cohesive, personal, and reflective of your story.
That said, if your wedding is sooner, we’d still love to connect. Depending on availability and your planning needs, we may still be able to step in and support you.

What planning package is right for me?
Each wedding or event has unique needs which is why we customize every package. We truly believe in tailoring the process to fit every client we work with. Our services page has the different tiers of planning as a baseline to help you determine what you might need. During our consultation call, we can work together to determine what package is right for you.
When does month-of coordination begin?

Some of our couples enjoy being part of every detail and design decision, while others prefer to hand things off and trust us to guide the process. Most fall somewhere in the middle.
Our role is to simplify planning, reduce stress, and help you make confident decisions without feeling buried in logistics. You’ll always feel informed and supported, but never overwhelmed.
How do you communicate with clients?
You should never feel like you’re chasing answers or trying to manage everything on your own. We communicate through scheduled meetings, detailed email communication, and a customized planning platform that keeps everything organized and accessible.
We want you to have a planning experience that feels calm, collaborative, and fully supported from beginning to end.
How does pricing work?

Do you handle wedding day setup and teardown?
At the end of the evening, we also handle teardown and organization so you, your family, and your wedding party can fully enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics.
Do you offer custom packages?
If our existing collections don’t feel like the perfect fit, we’re happy to create a custom proposal tailored specifically to your priorities, guest count, planning needs, and overall vision.
Do you work with destination weddings?

How many weddings do you take each year?
