Eventfully Designed offers full-service wedding planning, partial planning, and month-of coordination for couples planning weddings in Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas. We also provide wedding design services, personal décor setup and tear-down, and custom floral design and rentals exclusively for our planning clients. Each service level is structured to provide clarity, organization, and a seamless experience.
What is the difference between full-service planning, partial planning, and month-of coordination?
- Full-service planning: We handle every aspect of the wedding from the beginning.
- Partial planning: We finalize select vendor categories, guide you through the planning process, and step back in at the 8-week mark for full coordination.
- Month-of coordination: We begin 8 weeks before the wedding and manage all logistics, timelines, and execution.
Each option is designed to meet couples where they are in the planning process.
How far in advance should I book a wedding planner in Dallas?
We recommend booking a wedding planner 12–15 months in advance, especially for full-service planning. Popular dates fill quickly in Dallas, so earlier booking allows for the best vendor availability and a smoother planning experience.
If you book later, we’ll assess what’s already been completed and step in strategically. Our systems allow us to quickly organize details, identify gaps, and bring everything together efficiently — especially during the final 8 weeks.
While we can work with any timeline, it is never too early to start planning. Whether it’s 2 years or 2 months, we will make any timeline work for you.

What planning package is right for me?
Each wedding or event has unique needs which is why we customize every package. We truly believe in tailoring the process to fit every client we work with. Our services page has the different tiers of planning as a baseline to help you determine what you might need. During our consultation call, we can work together to determine what package is right for you.
When does month-of coordination begin?
Our month-of coordination begins 8 weeks before the wedding date. During this time, we review all vendor contracts, identify any gaps, finalize timelines and logistics, and ensure every detail is accounted for well before the wedding day.
Do you do other events besides weddings?

Yes. Clients will work directly with a lead wedding planner and owner Katelynn Richins, who oversees planning and coordination to ensure consistency and quality.
How does pricing work?
Eventfully Designed offers flat-rate pricing, not percentage-based fees. This allows for clear expectations and transparency from the start.

Is décor setup and tear-down included?
Yes. Personal décor setup and tear-down are included with all planning packages.
